Cerca de la casa de mis papás se encuentra esta pizzeria llamada Flying Pie Pizzeria, la cual esta ubicada en 1600 NW Fairview Drive Gresham, OR 97030.
Esta pizzeria que se caracteriza por tener entre sus opciones de pizza una estilo dip dish. La cuál es un tipo de pizza tipo pie.
El día que fuimos a este lugar, decidimos probar la opción stuff baked Neapolis que llevaba peperonni, champiñones, aceitunas negras, mozzarella y chile pimiento rostizado.
Algunos facts de Flying Pie Pizzeria:
- Ambiente: Relajado y antiguo
- Parqueo: El restaurante cuenta con parqueo que comparte con los otros locales de la plaza donde se encuentra
- Servicio al Cliente: Nada espectacular, lo básico que puedes pedir
- Precio: $$
Esto post se ha vuelto de los dificiles de escribir por que la pizza no fue tan sorprendente y cuesta encontrar la forma de describir la experiencia, por que tampoco fue mala, simplemente no causo ninguna impresión.
No he ido a Chicago para poder hacer una critica tan profunda de este estilo de pizza, pero si empezamos por lo básico de como venia la pizza decorada, esa fue el primer acercamiento con la pizza el cuál no fue para nada impresionando.
Al final tal vez mi impresión fue que era una pizza demasiado grasosa que no valia la pena. No se si a ustedes les ha pasado pero a veces uno come cosas grasosas que son tan deliciosas que ni siquiera son capaces de sentir culpa por que estaba demasiado delicioso, mientras que hay ocasiones que la grasa no vale la pena y cuando terminas de comer solo te preguntas ¿Porqué lo hice?. Esta fue la pregunta que me hice cuando termine de comer la pizza.
Creo que en el sector hay mejores opciones para elegir que para ir a Flying Pie Pizza.
Sin embargo si tuviera que resaltar algo positivo diria que fue la cantidad de queso, que tenia muchísimo queso mozzarella.

This place is known because it has stuffed pizza style, that is like a pizza pie.
The day that we went, we decided to have the stuffed baked Neapolis, that has pepperoni, fresh mushrooms and black olives, topped with mozzarella and roasted red peppers.
Flaying Pie Pizza´s Facts:
- Ambience: lay down and oldie
- Parking: The restaurant shares parking with other business in the little plaza
- Costumer Service: Nothing spectacular, the basics
- Price: $$
This one of those posts that is difficult to write because the pizza was not that good and you find difficult to find the right words to describe the experience because it wasn't that bad, in a few words it didn't provoque any impression.
At the end my impression was that the pizza was too fatty and it wasn't worth it. I don't know if it had happen to you that sometimes you eat something super fatty but is so good that you don't even regret it. But other times you do the same and the food was't that good so you keep asking to your self, “why did I do it?” That was exactly the question that I asked myself when I finished the pizza.
I believe that in the area there are better places to have pizza than this.
However if I had to say something possitive would be all the mozzarella cheese on the pizza.
