I had decided that I wated to take to lunch to both of my grandmothers. So that´s what I did.
I was looking forward to have quality time with them. So we went to have lunch at El Portal del Angel in Fontabella. I picked this place mostly because they had a great menú and I knew that both of them will be pleased, plus the restaurant is great and beautiful.
I order coullote, medioum rare with provenzal tomatoes and sweet potatoe fries, my FAVORITES!.
My plate was glorious, the steak was pefect, I couldn´t ask for more and I also enjoyed my side dishes, I cannot say anything to be improved here because everything was perfect.
One of my grandmother ordered a potato soup, that smelled delicious and that she loved and the other one, ordered a hamburger, also delicious.
We couldn´t leave with out the dessert, I ate a 3 Leches cake with Bailys, that was spectacular! not just because of the flavor but also because of the texture, the cake dough was firm, and my grandmothers order ice cream.
So if you are looking for a place to eat a good steak don´t waste your time going to another place, visit El Portal del Angel, they also had a restaurant in Carretera a El Salvador with an excellent view, super romantic.

Había decidido que quería pasar un tiempo con mis dos abuelitas y eso fue lo que hice.
De verdad tenia ganas de tener un tiempo de calidad con ellas. Así que las lleve a almorzar a El Portal del Angel en Fontabella. Escogí este lugar principalmente por que sé que tienen un excelente menú y sabía que ellas iban a estar complacidas con el lugar, además la comida es riquísimo el lugar lindo.
Yo ordene tira de bife 3/4 y de acompañamiento tomates provenzales y papas fritas de camote, que son mis favoritas.
Mi plato estaba glorioso, mi carne estaba perfecta, no se puede pedir más y mis acompañamientos también. No puedo decir nada en lo que se podría mejorar por que todo estaba simplemente perfecto.
Una de mis abuelitas pidió una crema de papa y la otra una hamburguesa, ambas disfrutaron la comida.
No nos podíamos ir sin el postre, mis abuelitas pidieron helado y yo un pastel de tres leches con Baylis que estaba DELICIOSO, la porción perfecta, no sólo es sabor es excelente, sino también la consistencia de la torta del pastel, es bastante firme y no te da la impresión que solo estas comiendo aire.
Así que si están buscando un buen lugar para comer carne asada, no pierdan su tiempo yendo a otros lugares, vayan y visiten El Portal del Angel, además tienen un restaurante en carretera a el salvador con una vista impresionante, muy romántico, si eso es lo que buscan.
