En mi visita a Xela, me junte con unos amigos a cenar y ellos eligieron Café Brule.
El restaurante tiene una decoración encantadora, creo que es un excelente lugar como para tener una cita, con esa persona especial.

- Menú: Baguettes, crepas, pastas y carnes
El estilo de comida que ofrecen es francesa, cuando vi el menú, no quería comer algo tan cargado, así que la mejor opción que considere que no fuera una ensalada fue un panini de pollo con pesto.
El baguete venia con queso, tipo fondue y un acompañamiento de papitas con un aderezo blanco.
Para mi gusto, el pan estaba muy seco, siento que le hizo falta más pesto, para humedecer el pan. Las papás tenían un buen condimento y la salsa que traía, tenia un buen sabor, sin embargo era super pesada.
Creo que el lugar como tal vale la pena, sin embargo la comida, considero que es un mejor lugar como para ir por una crepa de postre.
During my visit to Xela, I met with some friends to have dinner and they picked Café Brule.
The restaurant has a cute decoration and it's the perfect spot to have a date, with that special someone.

The type of cuisine it's french. When I checked the menu, I didn't want to eat anything too fatty, so I considered that the best choice without being a salad, was a chicken pesto panini.
The chicken panini came with cheese, like fondue and as a side dish potatoes with a white dressing.
According to what I like, the panini was too dry, it needed more pesto to make the baguette a little bit more wet. The potatoes had a good taste and the dressing too, but it was a little heavy.
I think the place is really charming, but on foos matters maybe is a better place just to have a dessert.
