Miettes es un restaurante que sirve varias clases de toasts. Y no había podido visitarlos por que cierran a las 4pm.

Un día domingo decidimos, ir y probar lo que tenían.

Como era la primera que visitaba el lugar, escoger un solo toast, era demasiado difícil, así que ordene la opción que traía 4 opciones diferentes de toasts para poder probar diferentes. El plato venía acompañado de unas papitas.

La primera opción que probe, era la de pescado ahumado, con arúgula, aioli y zanahorias curtidas. Mi amiga Irene ya había ido a este lugar y me había comentado que el toast de pescado era el que menos le había gustado, así que por esta razón fue el primero que probé. Sin embargo, para mi todos los sabores funcionaban perfectamente.

MI segundo toast era de aguacate, pero no era el tradicional que comerías en tu casa, este venía con queso de cabra, nabos curtidos, cebollín, limón y cilantro. Yo amo el aguacate, así que probarlo de esta forma lo hizo mucho mejor, lo grasoso y dulce del aguacate combina a la perfección con el queso de cabra y los nabos.

Luego seguí con el toast de atún, la verdad el atún fresco es de mis favoritos, y este toast venía con aioli, repollo morado y cilantro. No los va a descepcionar, si aman el atún tanto como yo, la verdad creo que podrían comer este mismo toast todas las veces que los visiten.

El ultimo toast era de queso Camembert, cebolla caramelizada y tocino. Este fue el último toast que comí pues amo el tocino y su dulzura, entonces lo quería como el final perfecto, después de los toast de pescado.

No podría elegir mi favorito entre los 4 por que todos estuvieron geniales, podría regresar y comer los mismos.

Me gustaría ir más seguido, pero como esta cerrado en las noches se me dificulta, pero si tienen la oportunidad por favor visítenlos, no se van arrepentir y el pan de los toast también es genial, lo hacen ahí mismo en horno de leña.

One Sunday we decided to go and try it.

Since it was the first time that I visited the place, it was too difficult to choose just one toast, so I ordered a plate with 4 different options, that also came with potatoes.

The first one was smoked fish, that came with arugula, aioli and pickle carrots. My friend Irene had eaten the same toast and had told me that was the least she liked, that was the reason why I ate this first. However all the flavors worked perfectly.

My second toast was avocado, but it wasn't the typical avocado toast that you'll eat at home. This came with goat cheese, pickled turnip, chives, lime and cilantro. I love avocato, and ate it with all this ingredients made it even better, the fat and sweetness of the avocado combined perfectly with the cheese and turnip.

After that I went with the tuna toast, the fresh tuna is one of my favorites, and this toast came with aioli, cabbage and cilantro. This toast won't let you down, if you love the tuna as much as I do, you could be able to eat this toast every single time.

Last but not least toast was the Camembert cheese, caramelized onion and bacon. This was the last one because I wanted to finished with the sweetness of the bacon after all the fish. This was the perfect ending.

The truth is that I couldn't choose my favorite between the 4, because all were great. I could come back and eat the same toasts.

I would like to visit more often but they close at 4pm and sometimes it makes it difficult for me, but if you have the chance visit the place, you won't regret it, and the bread for the toast, they made it there on a wood oven.
