Planificamos ir a desayunar con mis amigos Paco y Tina y decidimos ir a cuatro grados en zona 4 a un restaurante llamado Saberico.
He desayunado en dos ocasiones en sabe rico, el año pasado para mi cumpleaños y en la otra ocasión cuando le hicimos la sesión de fotos de embarazo a mi cuñada, en ambas ocasiones fuimos a desayunar y ya tengo una idea de que es lo que me gusta, pero decidí no pedir lo mismo y probar algo nuevo.
Saberico se caracteriza por tener en su menú diferentes opciones de pan para elegir, combinaciones de licuados con fruta fresca y desayunos con sabores diferentes a lo que estamos acostumbrados. Por ejemplo, los wafles de este lugar son de mis favoritos ya que vienen con un toque de coco.

- Parqueo: No cuenta con parqueo, te debes parquear en algún lugar cercano o en su defecto en la calle.
- Servicio al cliente: Hay que ser pacientes, por lo general los meseros son un poco distraídos.

Al revisar el menú me di cuenta que tenían una versión de tortilla española vegetariana, la cual en lugar de chorizo viene con hongo portobello, lascas de aguacate, frijoles parados y platanos fritos.
Para mi gusto, sentí demasiado grasoso el huevo, la porción era bastante grande y no me la termine. Los plátanos también traían demasiado aceite. Creo que en el futuro, de pedir algo diferente, pediría el sándwich con huevo que pidió Paco, que se veía buenísimo y venían en pan integral.
We planned to go out for breakfast with my friends Paco and Tina, and decided to go 4 grados in zone 4, to a restaurant named Saberico.
I have had breakfast in Saberico in the past, one for my birthday and the other one when we do the pregnantcy photo shoot for my sister in law in both ocassions we had breakfast and I already had and idea of the things that I like but I decided to try something new.
Saberico is characterize by having in its menu different options of bread a large combinations of smoothies with fresh fruits, and breakfast options with peculiar flavors to what we are accustomed. For example, the wafles in this place, which are my favorites, come with a touch of coconut.
Facts of Saberico in zone 4:
- Parking: There is no parking, you have to park somewhere near or on the street.
- Customer Service: You have to be patient, usually the waiters are a little distracted
- Price Range: $$
In reviewing the menu I noticed that they had a version of Spanish vegetarian omelet, which instead of sausage comes with portobello mushroom, avocado chips, grain beans and fried plantains.
For my taste, I felt the egg too greasy, the portion was quite large and I did not finish it. The plantain also had too much oil. I think in the future, if I want to try something different. I would ask for the egg sandwich that Paco ordered, which looked delicious and came in wholemeal bread.
