I love Brunch

What I love about the brunch is that you can eat almost anything with out any regrets, plus you eat plenty and enjoy with out any hurry.

I wanted to spend time with my brother, so we decided to ate brunch on Sunday. 

We met in El Portal del Ángel on Fontabella, the name of this brunch is Champagne Bruch, and you can enjoy a different varieties of delicious mimosas. 

When I have the opportunity to eat a bunch of things a like to start little by little, so first a drink a classic mimosa, and a plate of gouda cheese and ham.

Then I ate an omelette also with cheese and ham :) there was this french toast with nutella, that was spectacular, and pancakes but my favorites were the french toasts, I also shared a Belgian Waffle and the topping were  nutella, dulce de leche and strawberries, a real bomb but delicious, to be honest I prefer the Nutella than Dulce de Leche in this case.

My brother for example ate chilaquiles that he love and pupusas.

You also can choose a variety of bread and natural juices.

The service is great, they will make you feel happy about having brunch with them.

Lo que me encanta de comer brunch es que puedes comer casi de todo sin sentir la culpa, además comes despacio y sin ninguna prisa.

Quería pasar tiempo con mi hermano así que decidimos ir a  comer brunch el domingo juntos.

Fuimos al El Portal del Ángel en Fontabella, el nombre de su brunch es Champagne Brunch y una de las razones es por que puedes disfrutar de una variedad de mimosas.

Cuando tengo la oportunidad de comer una gran cantidad de cosas, me gusta empezar poco a poco, en lugar de saturar mi plato, así que para empezar pedí una mimosa clásica y me serví de queso Gouda y jamón.

Luego ordene un omelette de jamón y queso y me serví unas tostadas a la francesa con nutella y un panqueque mini, pero mi favorito de todos fue la tostada a la francesa, ESTABA REALMENTE DELICIOSA. También compartí un wafle belga el cual compartí y le coloque nutella, dulce de leche y fresas como topping, el dulce de leche no me encanto tanto como la nutella,

Mi hermano por ejemplo también se sirvió chilaquiles y pupusas.

Se puede comer de una gran variedad de panes y jugos naturales.

El servicio es muy bueno, lo que te va hacer estar feliz de haber ido a tener un brunch con ellos.

The synonym of Antigua is Eating

This particular Sunday I had a mission, that was make the pregnancy photoshoot of my sister in law.  So we went to Antigua at first hour in the morning to take advantage of the light.

So I was excited of course because they aren't any couple, they are family. It was my brother, sister in law and nice. The only thing is that I hate waking up early, I´m definitely not a morning person. But when you need the natural light and you are going to work in the street of a tourist spot such as Antigua Guatemala, you have no option.

After the shoot we went to Saberico, the same place where I ate for my birthday, but this time I order waffles <3 and I love them, they had coconut that makes you want more. We had a great time chatting with my family and my best friend who went with us to help me for the photos.

When we finished we didn't want to go back quite yet so we stayed and waited for lunch time. We went to El Cazador Italiano to eat pizza, we ordered a caprichosa that has ham and artichoke, since I discovered that the caprichosa had artichoke I couldn't  resist myself to ordered and this pizza didn't disappoint me. I wanted to order a dessert with all my heart specially the panna cotta or tiramisu but I was so full that we didn't eat dessert, but maybe next time.

Este domingo en particular tenia una misión, y era tomar las fotos de embarazo de mi cuñada y mi hermano. Así que llegamos a La Antigua muy temprano para tomar ventaja de la luz.

Estaba emocionada por que no era cualquier sesión de fotos, se trataba de mi familia, la única cosa era levantarse temprano, por que definitivamente no soy una persona que le guste madrugar pero cuando quieres trabajar con luz natural en las calles de un lugar tan turístico como La Antigua, la verdad es que no tienes opción.

Después de las fotos fuimos a Saberico a desayunar el mismo lugar que fui para mi cumpleaños, solo que esta vez ordene Wafles <3 y los ame, tenían coco deshidratado que los hacia mucho mejores. Tuvimos un buen tiempo platicando juntos y disfrutando de la compañía, además iba mi mejor amigo quién me había ayudado para ser mi asistente durante la sesión.

Cuando terminamos de desayunar no queríamos regresar, así que nos quedamos caminando en la Antigua, y cuando llego la hora del almuerzo fuimos a El Cazador Italiano, para comer una pizza,  pedimos la mitad de un sabor que era caprichosa que es mi favorita por el jamón y las alcachofas y la otra mitad no recuerdo seguramente por que no comí un solo pedazo de ella, yo estaba feliz con mi caprichosa. Quería pedir un postre en especial un tiramisú o una pana cotta pero la verdad estaba demasiado llena que no me cabía nada más, así que tal vez en otra oportunidad.
